I submitted two queries, 080113QN28ZG and 080113QN25NP on the 8/01/2013. I received no response. I then took the matter up with Lammy who undertook to investigate the queries and to revert back to me. I am still waiting after a month. I have phoned and left messages for Lammy but she does not respond. This is so sad becauseLammy resolved a previous complaint I wrote about on Hello Peter. Have the queries been resolved and how? Why does one have to resort to Hello Peter before Bonitas takes you serious?
