I have just moved into a house and want to activate an armed response and upgrade my alarm system. I have contacted the companies active in the area and one of the companies was Stallion. I tried the call centre (JHB & National no's) & everytime I ask to be put through to sales I get put through to a voicemail box. On a few occasions I left messages but no one has responded. I went onto the web page and saw that there was an option there - that also failed to get a response. I called again this morning stating I did not want to speak to a voicemail and please to put me through to someone. I got put through to a voicemail. I phoned back and asked to speak to a person and got through to a Bennie or Bernie. I explained that I am a prospective client and would like someone in sales (he wasn't in sales) to contact me within half an hour for a quote. Guess what NO ONE HAS CALLED.
This is shocking and I cannot believe that a company can treat a prospective client like this. This is not the first problem I have had with them but I want to say publicly to anyone wishing to choose a security company - DO NOT USE STALLION, imagine if your life was on the line
