Double deduction, faulty tracker &

I have been using tracker for the past 8 years with uninterrupted debit orders going through & this is what i get in return... very dissappointed

on 24.06.2013 i called tracker complaining that double deduction was done on 22.06.2013, i was told the adjustment will be done with the premium for july, to mi suprise when i called today, 19.07.2013 i was told same double deduction will take place on 22.07.2013..no joy from the people i should be trusting.i was suprised to be told that my query for last month was not fowarded to finance department.my reference for call today is :11-68240261.

on 19.07.2013 around 07:40 i received call from my mother alerting me that tracker called her saying they received signal on car.. it just doesnt make sense as i had a device in the vehicle & my cellphone was on all the time, i find it very difficult why tracker contacted her instead of me first as they are putting her in tramatizing situation.

The resolution to this matter is highly anticipated urgently
