ILLEGAL DEBIT ORDER

On 28 May i called Tracker to complain about a debit order that had gone through my account for a service i had not agreed to.

i spoke to George Nesengane at 16:32 who told me many reasons for why the manager/supervisor was not available to assist him on dealing with my query. He said that this service was initiated by Ingrid Phiri. He referred the matter to the department and copied me on the email to Theo Calitz. Theo had an automatic response that he was out of the office and would be back in the office on Monday, 3rd June. i also made a follow up call on 30/05 @ 10:15.

Nearly two weeks later, i have not received a single response to my query nor has the amount been credited to my account. I did not take the service they offered and I'm angry that any company can just into one's account and debit their account with no permission whatsoever. This is, illegal and highly unethical.

i demand my refund and will be cancelling my contract with Tracker - after 4 years - as there are many tracking companies out there. I just hope they are not worse than this devil...
