Debit order by don't have a Tracker account?

Debit order going of my account the last two month for a Tracker account.
I don't have a Tracker device or account.
A month ago this was confirmed by a senior manager at Tracker confirming this via telephone as there is no documents I signed.
I will have to report this to some ombudsman as I am no handed to Debt collection firm...

Request:
Tracker letterhead this time confirming:
1 I don't have an account
2 I am not hand over for any debt collection and don't owe Tracker any money
3 All my information is removed from your database
