Not at all secure with ADT

I was returning home from a Church meeting at 8.30pm Monday and thought I was being followed. I tried to phone ADT but was told to contact my cell provider to increase my phone limit. I have over 1 hr available on my contract. I approached Cell C who told me the problem is not with them but with ADT who will not accept my calls because I have a contract which charges only 99c per minute for calls which falls below the cost of a call to ADT. I never knew ADT makes money from our calls. I phoned from my landline on Wednesday morning and spoke to Megan who promised to resolve the situation and get straight back to me. I have yet to hear from her. I phoned and spoke to Zipho on Thursday who again promised to get back to me within 5 minutes. I have yet to hear from her. I will now cancel my contract with ADT, but just want to alert people to this problem which is serious when you are not in your house and are feeling threatened. If I had been hijacked/kidnapped ADT were of no use whatsoever to me. I wonder if they will get back to me now!
