Since 9 weeks ago i am struggling to ad a new member to my medical aid. My daughter mother died and now i am struggling to ad her to my medical aid. The call centre agents keep on telling me while i have to hold on wasting my money that the forms are received and all OK. Only then to be getting an automated mail saying the forms incorrect. You can not speak to any one at new applications and they do not have the courtesy to call you as a customer to indicate what the problem are. I called today again after re-submitting forms for the 6th time on the 24th. I could again not speak to Any one at new application and no one form there customer service have done the trouble to call me back after my mail.
