I have had a very simple request. Change the details of my employee's address on her policy and mail through a new policy schedule/Details. But the problem is, my employee is not financially literate, and needs my assistance to communicate basic details. I was initially rude to the consultant, Abigail (as this was the second time I phoned), as it is extremely difficult to even get my employee to confirm her FICA details (which really is a pain for me, as I am always struggling to assist her with financial advise, with other institutions as well). Abigail, (I did not get her last name and hope you will be able to get hold of her - She answered at 0860 60 7000) was so professional and did not let me and my employee who kept struggling to confirm basic details, upset her. She kindly explained the reason for going through all the FICA details, and I realised that my irritation was incorrect. Thank you for such a professional service, and I really apologise for losing my cool. She is indeed an asset for your organisation
