Poor poor poor service

On Friday the 13th December @17:15 i received a cal from ADT that my alarm is activated, as this is a high crime area and we had several burglaries even with adt arm response I asked them to respond as we were on our anniversary celebration in stellenbos 45minutes of driving away. No response was given in 15 minutes and I had to cancel my plans and drove all the way home in peak arriving at 18:00 at my flat. No response yet from ADT or any response vehicle or the control room, luckily everything was fine, I called ADT at 18:30 back and inquired about this, the control room gave me feedback that it is a windy day and allot of alarms are tripped and therefor they were not able to respond yet to my call. So please tell me... What is this, ADT is a private security company that we pay monthly allot of money to give us service. What if this was a real burglary or in process and they play a game of what is and what is not!!! We trust these people with our safety as the claim to be the best. Monthly fees go up but the service drop day by day. My profile with them is just complaints and I'm sick and tired. I hardly see visible patrol in this area .. Poor bad pathetic service.
