Fase sms to advise account outstanding???

On the 26/9/2013 I received an sms state that my account is outstanding. I checked my bank statement for the passed 5 months and there was no unpaid all amount when through. then I discover that ADT CREDT CONTROLL put differ amounts thought my bank account. No letters stating of increased every month or they will debt my bank account with there amounts. I called the call centre to inquire about the sms and the differ amounts. I was told that the account was not outstanding but the sms is tell me about the yearly radio fees. REALLY! Is this the new way of saving telephone calls to be made to clients, sending out fase information knowing there clients will call in to inquire. so this way they will tell you about the radio fees. I was told they can put throught any amount on my bank account. the call was dropped. I called back and my call got pick put but transfer to a voice line no answer. I called back and request to speak to a supervouir or manager no calls from them. is this a way of been treaded! ADT can just do what every they want knowing no body will call back.please advise how do I go about to can my contract and I will take this further to the top. if any amount more R199
