Incompetency, Misleading Info & Breach of Contract

On the 27/03/2013 I received an Sms from my In-Contact stating that an Amount of R3000.00 was transfered from my Personal Cheque Account into some 'Johannesburg Account', immediately after I got the sms i called Standard Bank on their 0860123107 contact number to query this and the 'Call Centre Agent' I spoke to told me the money would be reversed back into my Account and gave me this Ref# 52512153. On the 29/03/2013 another Unauthorised Debit of an amount of R2801.24 went off my account which I called Standard Bank 02/04/2013 and spoke to another Agent querying both the Transactions again and was given a Ref# 37392440 and was told both amounts would be deposited back into my Account as the 1st advisor did not Log it the initial query (Even though I was given a Ref#) today 05/04/2013 i called just to make an inquiry about both Ref# and the progress and was told a different story by an advisor who did not know what she is doing and finally after spending 60 minutes on the call to speak to a manager name Tumi Goaketse she gives me a different version of events and knows nothing about the Ref# or what was done!?!?!?
