Wesbank charge fees that does not make sense and if you query it they never get back to you this is the email i send them on the 30 December 2013 and no answer from them.

There is 4 amounts on my account that I do not agree with 1st 31.07.13 R 2850 collection cost please send me the invoice saying for what legal fees this was for amount outstanding at that moment R 7660.93

26.08.13 R 80.14 collection cost amount outstanding on account R 9309.63

27.09.13 R 570 collection cost amount outstanding on account R 1370.19

03.12.13 R 276.30 collection cost amount outstanding on account R 285.14

Please send me the recon how you get to this amounts as on R 9309.63 the amount was R 80.14 and on 285.14 the amount is R 276.30 on R 7660.93 its R 2850 But on R 9309.63 its R 80.14.

So please send me all the correspondents on how you get to this random amounts with the invoices stipulating what the collection cost was for.
