I went to ADT on Monday to report that there was a problem with the alarm at my house. I was assured that someone would be sent over on Tuesday to check it out but no one showed up. I went again on Wednesday and was yet again assured that someone would be sent over on Thursday but again, no one came. I haven't been able to activate the alarm at my home because of this issue so why should I pay for a service I am not receiving?
