I am sick and tired of renewing my decoder every two to three months. The unit is constantly giving problems with loss of signal. We have been having endless problems but have to faithfully pay every month or else your service will be terminated. The current unit was purchased approximately three months ago and has to be replaced again. Multichoice is giving us serviced units as replacements and expect us to constantly pay for these faulty units. Guys you are the public and soon enough I am certain more people will get as sick as we are. Can you not deliver the service you promise. Look at my account track record and you will see how many times I had to bring in the unit for some problem or the other. Enough around and deliver. I want a replacement unit or refund me my years of subscription that i have not been able to enjoy because of your faulty units that you so happily dish out.
