Chubb's attempt to crush my dream of buying house

I got a new job and I changed by banking details. My bank succesfuly switched my debit orders to the nnew bank account. A month later I realize that the chubb debit order never went through, so I called Chubb seeing that they failed the basic customer approach "Call your customer if something is wrong with the account". I spoke to the finance lady who was the ruddest person I ever spoke to. I told this finance lady I would like to update my banking details, she asked for my Chubb account number. I told her I don't know and would my IDno be ok, she told me that she can't help me, I need to find my Chubb account number (livid). Three months later I call again to cancel Chubb as I decided to join ADT (my family security comes first not Chubb), to my surprise a lady was able to go into my Chubb account using my cell phone number?? Really?? This new lady tried to convince not to cancel and that her manager will call me back. The manager promised that she will further investigate, Investigation revealed that they did capture my new banking details but incorrectly. Today I received a threatning letter from chubb that they are going list my name on ITC as I owe them R1500 amount arrears. WOW!
