DQ Track unit not working

I have been with Discovery Insure since Dec 2011. Since then I have had 8-9 tracking units replaced in that time period. Each time an installer comes to replace the unit it wastes my time having to sit around waiting. As each installation take about 1-2 hours, this works out to be about 2 working days of my time wasted on a useless product. Since the last unit was replaced every time I park my vehicle I get a phone call from your call centre about an "Impact| alert. I do not believe it is my driving as it has only started with this unit
I am actually sick and tired of the product and please can somebody senior look into the matter and NOT just send a technician around to replace the unit, before I rip the unit out myself.
