Incompetant staff and poor customer service

ADT performed maintenance at my house in Nov 2012. The account was settled in February 2013 and the confirmation was send to them in February and March of this year. Still they debited my account on the 30th of August for this amount. Since then, I have made numerous phone calls to their call centre and was promised that they would attend to my enquiry. I have also logged a query on their website and received confirmation that they would come back to me within 24hrs - guess what? I have had no response! I will now have to go to the bank to reverse the payment as they obviously don't know how to do it. And yes - I will cancel my account with them today as well.
