This is now my second complaint via Hello Peter. Groupon has not apologised for their poor service nor have their sorted out my complaint. Groupon promised to sort out within 48 to 78 hrs. Its now 120 hours. I
ordered online the price: Ipega Dual Docking station for I Pad and I Phone! I paid this immediately after ordering. Queried first where my order was. The order is listed on my account at Groupon but its states ' Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused." I send numerous mails logged support queries via the website. I have send payment confirmation numerous times. The last payment confirmation was send on Monday 7th Feb 2013. I paid for this item on the 23rd Jan 2013. It is more than 2 weeks query and sending mails and confirmation emails of the payment. What I cant understand is that there has been no response to my mails. I even called the support to find out and still no one responds. This is utterly bad service.
