NOT GETTING RESPONSES OR FEEDBACK

This is the 2nd time I am writing a report against ADT! I am sure by now my contract is finally cancelled after I am struggling since May 2013... After putting in a claim I received a call from "Sandy" that my contract is now cancelled and that I will receive my money back. Guess what?? I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!! I cancelled in May 2013 and paid my extra 1 month after cancellation (June 2013), thereafter again they took money from my account for the month of July 2013 (R376.00). WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY AS WE ARE NOW IN AUGUST AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK MY MONEY??? I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ADT AND I WANT THIS SORTED AS I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE TODAY TELLING YOU THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE PAID BACK TO YOU, BUT TOMORROW IT'S A DIFFERENT STORY!!! I CANNOT TELL HOW FRUSTRATED I AM WITH THIS "SO CALLED SECURITY BUSINESS"!! JUST SHOWS YOU WHY I CANCELLED!!
