I called ADT on friday 06.09.2013, to report that my garden beam, is faulty (onloy installed on 01.07.2013) I was told installer would come back to me that afternoon.By Monday 09.09.013, I had as yet not heard anything. Tuesday 10.09.2013, I called at 08h00, email were sent to installer by technical department.By 13h45, I had not heard from them. I called again, after holding on for 15min, I was cut off, calling a second time today, I have now been holding on for a further 14 minutes while I await to speak to a manager.
I find this call centre service shocking as well as after sale service.
