Poor service in general

Amongst the very bad service i received bad attitude was only one of it. The guys installing the tracking device onto my vehicle were rude, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing as it took forever to get it done. Once done, they had ran out of stock which they needed to correctly clamp my car cover properly with now my car was left with the loose cover - which i discovered once i left the place. Now the people do no want to come out and fix the car and hand me my certificate, they want me to drive out to them. The tracking device has been giving me issues since then. They don't call back when they say they"ll do, they don't send document when they say they will>>>i am worried about the service i will get when i really need them.
