NO SERVICE

Our company has been waiting for ADT to come and change our alarms codes as a matter of urgency. This was requested last week and still no response. Emails have been going back and forward from our side and ADT's response is wel get this done. We have also been waiting for a cabinet for our cameras this hasnt even been done. I think this is shocking, no service but we pay a monthly fee? For what? The engineers that come out to site arent even properly trained to change alarm codes, i had to do it for them when they were here. I cant believe there is no urgency there is no sense of safety. How can we rely on a company like this? There has been no response or update to us. How much longer will we be waiting for things to get done? If we get broken into whos responsible for it? Us or ADT who didnt come and change the alarm codes. I dont recomend anyone using ADT its a waste of time and money and the stress to get them out to help you isnt even worth it.
