So I am adding my voice to the hundreds of disgruntled ADT customers on HelloPeter. I don't even know where to start... we had beams installed at the beginning of the year due to two burglaries. These beams have been going off incessantly and I have lost track of the number of times your technicians have been out to "fix" this problem (I use the word "fix" in the loosest possible sense). So most times when the alarm goes off they just send armed response without even phoning us first. So we get slapped with "excessive call out fees" - R50 but whatever makes you happy. So I decided to bite the bullet and AGAIN pay to get someone out but all I did was e-mail the sales consultant Marise and she never replied but the next moment I get a call that the technician is waiting outside my gate!!! This appointment was NOT confirmed so I called the call centre to get some answers and all they can tell me is that the appointment was confirmed.
THE APPOINTMENT WAS NOT CONFIRMED so before you throw me your standard line about "someone" who will " look to assist me further":- Please get that someone to have proof of said confirmation of appointment ready. Thank you.
