Fighting to GIVE them business

We changed over from ADT to CMS last year, because ADT's response times were atrocious. We believed CMS would be better, and they were, up until recently. Last week, we contacted them to quote us on installing beams. We were promised someone would call us back. A week later, and not a peep from them. We called back this morning, only to be told the same thing - someone will call you back to arrange an appointment. Still no word from them. There are other companies that do beams, but we initially preferred going through CMS because our alarm is with them. Well, if a customer has to phone and fight to get them out to give them business, something is seriously broken in this system. This is the basics that they can't get right. We've also been trying for over a month to get them to come out and link our electric fencing to our alarm, no joy there either. Perhaps business is so good that they don't need any more ...?
