Deducted money from account without authorization

Chase tracking deducted money from my bank account without authorisation. I cancelled my contract with them after receiving extremely bad service. I requested that they reverse the transaction many times via email, but no one seems to listen or care. Please be careful not to get involved with this company as they call you on your cell and try to sell you a tracker with false information. DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING... (Supplier name corrected by)
