I am at my wits end with this company. Sometime in the 1st half of 2013, Flexi Club sent a representative to house. When the representative came to my house he wanted to sell me more points. I advised him that I didn't need additional points because I had two Flexi Club accounts and those points were sufficient for my needs. He advised that if I purchased additional 5000 points, they would combine my two accounts. He even called his Manager to confirm that this would be done. I duly bought the additional 5000 points and paid for them in full. As of today (24/12/2013) my accounts have still not been combined and I have been pushed from pillar to post and nobody gets back to me except for the accounts department demanding money. I am totally disgusted with the service. I received an email advising me that a lady by the name of Cecilia Bauer would resolve my problem, but I have been unable to contact her even after leaving numerous messages with her reception. Totally disgusted and this is blatant.
