3 months waiting - no service

Last week I submitted a Complaint with Hello Peter - I had an immediate response from Cell C assuring me that I will be contacted shortly, supposing that my complaint will be sorted out promptly, I still await your representative to make contact. My phone has now been with you for 3 months for repair, the quote was paid three weeks ago, today I was requoted for the same work!! I can not believe that your clients can be treated like this - no follow up, no service, no caring!! I am frustrated and without resolve against your faceless burocracy - a customer means nothing to your company!!! What must I do to get your attention??
