Still waiting on a reply regarding my refund

I've spoken/emailed Christina regarding a refund that ADT should pay out to me... I didn't receive any feedback yet!!! ADT's administration is really bad! I inform people to NEVER pay before they've installed the alarm system, because you don't get your money back when they've quoted you wrong!! Hope to receive a response ASAP!!
