No Response received in regards with Refund

We had a lot of issues with the ADT Alarm system which went of a lot every day. A technician inspected the alarm system and informed Us that the Beams installed was installed incorrectly. He replaced the beams and told us that we will not be billed for the repairs. I received a Invoice GS964289 R 1521.85 and was deducted from our account on the 15/02/2013. I have called numerous times requesting a refund and every time they will come back to me, nobody has called yet. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. We are now at a stage were we want to Terminate the contract for a lack of service and consider using another service provider, the service we receive is not acceptable and this is not the first time we have had problems with ADT.
