I've sent everything the person asked for on the 20th June., After numerous e-mails with no reply asking what's happening of which they replied on the 10th July just saying "I've send an e-mail, will update you", I've send another e-mail on the 17th and got a response back that they did send me e-mails but they will refund me. I clearly asked how long will it take to refund me and they said 24-48 hours. It's now days later with no refund. I've send another e-mail on the 24th July and now they say again that they did send me an e-mail. Well I didn't receive anything!!! After paying my money as a deposit & a copy of my ID for helping me with debt... Which they told me "WE HELP EVERYBODY" I'm still stuck with no answer. How can a company advertise they can help and at the end take your money with no respond?

This is so disgusted, we looking for help & people just keep on taking the money without keeping up with their promises. I want my money back because you can't assist me!!!
