Billing for Expired Service

I signed a 3year contract with tracker that I paid in advance and only owed them for 2months for which they deducted out of my account without my concern. Every month I get messages from tracker informing me that I should pay an amount of R242 to avoid them handing me to the attorneys.

Today I got a call from a consultant telling me to pay my tracker because I have now a month to monthagreement that tracker activate it automatically when your contract expire and its something wasn't included in my contract. The bad thing that makes me sad is that I am not longer employed and only get government grant to put food on the table for my kids and tracker takes it from my account without my concern.
