Im so with this tracker i want it out of my ca

I have had this tracker since august 2012 and have been complaining ever since. They upgraded the tracker yet im complaing. I pressed a panic button in a serious situation and till today i havent receive a call from them. I want this tracker out of my car. Today they deducted R481 frm my acc for a tracker worth R199. I am so and enough with them. The last cal i made to them i was treatend with lawsuit of bridge of contract coz i want 2 cancel. I am paying but still there is no service
