Failure to cancell debit order for service

During May 2011 I have telephonically cancelled my service with Telkom for 1gig internet monthly for R79.00 pm. I spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I need not do anything in writing as it will automatically be cancelled and the debit order for R79.00 pm cancelled. The debit order was never cancelled. I have made queries to the accounts dept and the cannot pick up my account but yet the deductions continue. I have made various enquiries and get the same answer. " Impossible that there is a debit order, as they cannot see my account" I dont know who to turn to. I need my R79.00 debit order stopped and I need a refund. Once I have received my refund I would like in writing that it is stopped and no further deductions will be made. I have received a reply from Pasela from Escalation Centre, who requested that I e-mail him, which I have done, to which I received not reply. What they are doing is illegal and I will have to open a case of at South African Police Services if this is not resolved.
