NO FEEDBACK OR REFUND FROM ADT

We have been clients of ADT for 2, 5 years. We recently ordered an additional panic button from ADT after our house was burgled.
ADT supplied the panic button and provided an invoice.
My wife paid the invoice for R1, 166.74 by EFT on 1 Aug 2013.
ADT then debited my account for the same amount on 9 Aug 2013.
So we paid twice for the same invoice.

I queried it with ADT on 9 Aug, I also sent them proof of the EFT payment and requested a refund for the amount that was debited from my account.

It is now a week later and I've had no response from ADT. I've called their billings / credit control department three times already and each time the manager (Ray Jay) is nowhere to be found.

They also cannot give me any indication of when my refund will be paid - even though they have both payments on their system and can see that it was double paid.

I've spoken to Nadine this morning - on my first call I was cut off and on the 2nd call they promised to call me back.

I'm still waiting...

I want this resolved and my money refunded to me.
Our whole area is serviced by ADT... but I'm sure we can get a different service provider if this is the service we are to expect...
