Altech Netstar
No response to panic button

As per ref; 3277055 from Nestar call centre. On the 17-02-2013 afternoon between 18h00 and 20h00 I pressed the panic button as I nearly got hijacked at Veteran Naude. But guess what, no call from the "tracker company, Altech". I pressed the panic button three times, still I didn't received any call. What me off most, I call Altech the following day (18-02-2013) only to be told they don't know why Operation department didn't call.

What's the use of having a tracker fitted because no one gives a from Altech what happens to their clients.
