Unauthorized Deductions for no policy

The company, ASAP24/7 Is taking advantage of its association with Tracker SA and engaging in ambush marketing for their roadside assistance program called ASAP24/7. I was told by the sales person that they only want me to tray the service for free, without any obligations. That same month I received a debit order of R78 and the nightmare has not stopped since then. They apologise for deducting, and promise that they will not deduct any more, but still come next month they still deduct. Their customer care is obnoxious and instead of being a customer care, it merely tells you what they are doing and do not want to listen to you.
I regret ever answering my phone from this company and I am surprised that Tracker SA is associating with such companies.
