I have sold my vehicle in 2010 and have informed Tracker via various phone calls and emails but they continuously deduct premiums on a monthly basis together with yearly increases. When I stop the debit order they change their numbers and deduct all the time.
I am not indebted to their contractual agreement because the tracker system in my vehicle was past the expiry date.
I need my premiums refunded to me since 2010 as I was unable to stop all the deductions.
