POOR SERVICE AND A DONT CARE BIG BUSSINESS ATTITUD

Our alarm is sending false signals to the call centre for a month. We are called by the call centre 3 times a night because they have not fixed there problem and do not care. If you call and ask to speak to a senior person they say it is not possible. THEY DONT GIVE A . I AM MOVING MY CONTRACT TODAY.
