UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT

I installed tracker into my car last year September and in October I received my first debit for this 24/7 insurance premium. I didn't pay it any attention until I noticed that I had no contract of this policy in my gmail account. After some research I discovered that this was not a policy that I agreed to and I don't recall it ever being mentioned. I would not have taken it if offered as I don't see a point in having 2 tracking companies for 1 car and also I have my insurance company that does all of this for me already. I am not happy that a company who I did not authorized to debit my account is doing so without my signature or consent. If 24/7 do not resolve this I have a good mind to cancel my policy with Tracker altogether. I would like an answer as to how you manged to get this debit through without my consent or signature. Not impressed at all!
