This morning i arrived home from a run to find ADT armed response at my home although the alarm had not been set. I told the response that there was no problem, gave my name and said they could call me from the call centre to confirm my password, which after 5 mins they had not. I called them, told them the guard had been around it was a false alarm and gave them my name and password. They said they had recorded this on the system. I went for a shower and on returning i had 3 missed calls post my call to them and 3 voicemail messages about the previous alarm activation. This is at least the 20th time i have had this problem with the ADT call centre. I have reported them previously on HP and they said they would look into it and revert which they did not. ADT is arrogant because they are a monopoly. If a senior operations manager cannot explain to me their process and why this is taking place i will be cancelling my contract with them. If this is the dog show that their operation centre is then how can i trust them to protect my assets.
