Faulty alarm

Its been 5 to 6 months since I called and report our faulty alarm, just going to be short and sweet no details cause I think the will know it all. First was no response when alarm went of nothing afer I called in and again after office ours so that controlroom can test it with us at home, they did not receive any signals anf the would have send someone out to our house to fix it since, and no one ever come again I called and report and even called for help one night when someone was in our yard cause alarm was going off a lot no signals was received again so they send out the patrol. Must I call in every time my alarm goes off? It was reported by myself so many times and the keep on saying we will send someone out, no one did and its a halyear ago and the alarm is always paid but don't seem to get the servise out of it so paying for something that does not work very very bad customer servises realy bad, Cassie must let people work there not for the money but for the job they wanna do.
