Few months ago I signed a contract to rent a tracking unit from ctrack, few days later I noticed that the technicians have installed a wrong unit then i called the sales person who sold me the unit and then he transferred me to the technical support department. Its been 4months now and I have never reached the technical support department, at one time I spent 1hour 13minutes waiting for the phone to be picked but i never got through to the consultants, I have spent more than R400 of airtime in this persuit.
One of the worst thing is that when you call other department and ask for the direct line, they inform you that there isn't one, so you always call the customer care, spend 5minutes explaining to be told that you going to be transffered to the technical support department who will never pick up the phone..

I even tried to contact them via email and i haven't received any response, yet they keep deducting money from account every month.
