I had the misfortune of having to have my alarm repaired. When I logged the call with the technical office I clearly indicated I wanted to pay via ETF. On the 22 Jun ADT decided to go ahead a run a debit order all in their own. When I called the call centre immediately and was told that an email would be sent and someone would call on Monday 24 Jun. Well that didn't happen. On 25 Jun I called again, ended up in the call centre, I explained the story again and this time also advised that I had now received an SMS that my account would be further debited on 28 Jun for the same amount. I was told again an email will be sent and someone will get back to me. I then received and SMS that ADT were looking for the voice recording. that's the last I heard. On 26 Jun, I landed up again in the call centre and the agents wants to start the whole process again of sending and email and will call me back. When asking to speak to a senior I was told I cant. What nonsense is that. You can not get any assistance from a senior person at all. Are you all scared to talk to your customers. What a terrible company policy. Senior managers no nothing about their customers. Shocking
