Chubb
I want to terminate their so called service

I have complained about Chubb on this forum before and even if their manager gets back to me nothing really gets done to change their very bad service and empty promises. They give people a false sense of security and that is very dangerous. Not only did I wait 45 minutes for them to arrive on a panic button alert, but they had to go and get the police first before they entered my premises last Thursday after three men, one with a firearm ran around my property! They sat outside my gate and refused to come in! On Saturday my phone rang and I was told a guard is at my house, my alarm went off and that he is to scared to go in because of my dogs! This is a guard that have met my dogs on various occasions and knows them well. Now I would just like to give them a month notice and get ride of them. That seems to be impossible seeing that there is no way to email them a letter as there is no address on their website. I was told by a few people that it is difficult to "get rid" of Chubb. Can you please help me to find the correct person to talk to so I can terminate their services and give them back their radio. I do not want them near me or my loved ones for another second.
