Very very bad service from Chu

On Friday 06/09/2013 I had a incident at my premises where I needed chubb's assistants. when i pressed the panic button nothing was working, when i eventually got the alarm to trip the call centre phoned me and said they will the guard is on the way while I was talking to the operator. The guard pitched almost 25 minutes later. I mean this is very bad as my family could have been and murdered in this time span.

Secondly when I phoned our sales person that did the chubb sales pitch to us to report that the alarm unit is faulty he informed me he will come to my premises later that night. It is 3 days later and he still did not pitch to have a look at my faulty unit.

Chubb this is extremely bad service from your company and I am highly discussed to be linked to your company.

Please if you get this message I want arrangements made to remove your property off my premises
