They can't fix billing but track a car?!

Signed up a new deal with Laigan on 15/03/2013. The offer was to not have the equipment from my old car transferred to the new car, instead signing up a R99 deal with a new unit replacing the unit in my old car that was not under a contract term.

I have been billed for both vehicles since then and, mails to Laigan has largely been ignored except where he told me his personal circumstances interferied with the company's ability to honour the agreement.

Eventually dealt with Thandi in customer services on 26/07/2013. Sent her all the documentation, follow up mails etc and she requested a credit for the incorrect billing. Recieved another incorrect statement and mailed her on 15/7/2013 to follow up - another ignored mail.

Now called again - after 23 minutes on a call they need 10 minutes to find out what is going on and check why the credit is still not passed and I'm still being billed for both units. Awaiting a call back from Ramu in Finance...

This has turned out to be a very expensive "deal" and I would warn people. If a company cannot deal with incorrect billing I'm not sure how one would trust them to take care of your safety when the worst happens.
