Chubb ignores call from 74 and 65 year old couple

On 28 October 2013 my parents living in Boksburg were attacked in their house at gunpoint. My 74 year old dad is confined to bed on oxygen, suffering from a respiratory disease. My step mom was attacked as she opened the garage door. She was beaten up, tied up and sat on while one ran through to my dads room and threatened him with a screwdriver. As soon as she is able to get free she presses the panic button... This is at about 8:55 am. Five minutes later she turns the alarm off to phone the police and myself. She then presses the panic button again and turns it off three minutes later.By the time I got there the police had already arrived and were taking statements. An hour and a half later a Chubb guard casually comes strolling into the garden.By this time the finger print specialists had already finished up. I tell the guard to get his manager, A supervisor arrives all smiles and apologies saying it will be investigated!!
Sorry my friend! we have been paying Chubb to be there in a time of need. It is one of those things worth paying and never having to use... But when called on, it must be there! CHUBB You are! worse than the criminals! You say you care!!!
