I cancelled ADT's service on 31/05/2013 due to bad service. I phoned the office and they advised that they did receive my letter of cancellation. I got a phone call from Moses and he tried to convince me to continue with them (after receiving my cancellation letter) however I informed him that I no longer want to use their services. A month after the premium got deducted of my account, so I paid for the month of June 2013, but never used their service as I cancelled it in May. I phoned Head Office and they informed me that they did not receive a cancellation, and will get Moses to phone me. Received another call from Moses and he advised that even if I cancelled and did not use the service, I still have to pay another month. I left it there..., then again this month another premium went off (July 2013). Now it's 2 months services I am paying for but not using??? We phoned Head Office again and still the THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CANCELLATION!!! I have proof of cancellation send on 31/05/2013. Seems like this is not getting sorted. 1: I WANT TO CANCELL AND 2: I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE JULY MONTH. Since I am not getting answers, maybe I will get it now. Not happy at all!!!
