Promises, promises and still no response!!!

I entered into a contract with Chubb on 07/03/2011under the impression that its a 2 year contract and it can be cancelled with 1 months notice due to the fact that we stayed in a rental property with an existing alarm system and the property were in the market. In Sept 2012 the property has been sold and we moved back to our own property. Under the impression that I can give a months notice I send a e-mail to do that. After no response I've send another to Candice Stredders on 15/10/2012. She informed me that's its a 3 year contract and I can't cancel it. I spoke to the salesman and he told me about clause 2.4 that stated it can be cancelled with by mutual agreement signed by me and a director or a duty authorized person appointed by Chubb and that I have good enough reason to do that because in was n rental property and not a Chubb alarm system. I mailed Candice Stredders with this request on 29/01/2013 and she just referred it to the salesman and said he must resolve.26/06/2013 I once again tried to reach a director to get an answer and was directed to Yvonne Brink. She promised that she will look into it and will come back to me with an answer and still I'm waiting till today
