Moved into a new property at the beginning of March and NEEDED an alarm system. While shopping in a mall ran into agents from Chubb who offered a FREE ALARM SYSTEM.They confirmed that the area was covered and that they would send out a sale agent. The agent came out in the first week of march, evaluated the property, and provided the costs, WHICH WERE HIGHER THEN QUOTED BY THE AGENTS.he then advised that he would get back to us in 48 hours, normal credit checks and such... but alas, after trying to get hold of him via telephone and sms for THREE WEEKS with no reply, went into the Chubb head office, where they advised that they haven't received any requests, and that they DO NOT COVER THE AREA! Honestly, service, now I sit in a new property, without an alarm system
